HE Prof. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Ash-Sharif‎ extends his sincere greetings to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the Egyptian Armed Forces, leadership, officers and soldiers, and to the Egyptians, on the anniversary of the liberation of Sinai.

Al-Azhar affirms that this anniversary is a precious memory for all Egyptians, as it has immortalized a historical epic of pride, dignity, and the will not to give up any part of the soil of our precious homeland. He indicated that the Egyptians will not forget the sacrifices made by our brave soldiers in defense of the soil of this country.

On this occasion, Al-Azhar calls on the Egyptian people to consider such occasions an incentive to continue working in building the future of our dear homeland, calling on Allah Almighty to bless our beloved Egypt with security, safety, stability, and prosperity, and to protect it from all harm.
