King of Jordan offers condolences to Al-Azhar GI on passing of his sister
Al-Azhar Grand Imam (GI) and MCE Chairman, Prof. Ahmad Al-Tayyeb, received a letter of condolences from His Majesty King Abdullah II, King of Jordan, on the death of his sister, who passed away yesterday, Wednesday. In his letter, His Majesty expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to His Eminence the Grand Imam and his honorable family, asking Allah to forgive the deceased, have mercy on her, grant her a place in His spacious Paradise, and bestow on her family and relatives patience and solace.
