His Eminence the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, Prof. Ahmad al-Tayyeb extends his sincere congratulations to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the Egyptian people on the 12th anniversary of the June 30 Revolution. Al-Azhar renews its call to the nation's citizens to continue working with diligence and perseverance, to exert all efforts to advance our beloved country, build a future befitting its rich history, and elevate it to the position it deserves among developed nations. 

The Grand Imam of Al-Azhar beseeches Allah Almighty to preserve our beloved Egypt, protect it from all harm and evil, make it an oasis of security and safety, guide its leaders to what is best for the country and its people, and guide its people to the path of strength, prosperity, peace, and stability.
