With due acceptance of Allah’s Decree and Destiny, Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Prof. Ahmed Al-Tayyeb, extends his sincere condolences and sympathy to Mr. Imran Khan, Pakistan’s PM, and the brotherly Pakistani people, over the victims of a collision of two trains in the southern province of Sindh, which left dozens of deaths and injuries.

The Grand Imam also extends his sincere condolences to the families of the victims, asking Allah Almighty to bestow His Mercy and Forgiveness on the victims, and to grant the injured a speedy recovery: "Surely, we belong to Allah and unto Him we shall return."
