Grand Imam congratulates Al-Azhar top secondary school graduates in a phone call, affirming: Raising and educating children is the best investment for parents
The Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Prof. Ahmad At-Tayyeb, was keen to congratulate Al-Azhar top secondary school graduates through phone calls, today, Saturday, starting with first place students in the different sections across Egypt for the AY 2020-2021. During his contact with the top students, the Grand Imam applauded their excellence and diligence towards obtaining first places and expressed his well wishes for them and all the students, so that they may enjoy a promising and bright future in the service of their religion and their country. He advised the students to keep up their hard work in acquiring knowledge and pursuing excellence and distinction and also to keep the company of scholars so that they may contribute to bringing goodness and peace for all people and elevating the status of this nation. His Eminence was also keen to thank the parents of top students for their efforts in caring for their children and maintaining appropriate conditions for their excellence, in the light of the repercussions of COVID pandemic that has hit the whole world this year on societies, stressing that raising and educating their children is the best investment in life. Through it, they would contribute to building the future of this country and sustain its civilization and progress. Prof. Muhammad Ad-Duwaini, Deputy of grand Imam, is scheduled to ratify the results of the Al-Azhar Secondary Certificate exams, tomorrow (Sunday), on behalf of the Grand Imam. The ratification shall be followed by a press conference to announce the details of the exams and the results, and the names of top students.
