Grand Imam congratulates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed for the nomination of UAE as a host of COP28
The Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Prof. Ahmad At-Tayyeb congratulated HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, on the UAE’s nomination as a host of COP28 Climate Summit, during a telephone conversation in which the two sides discussed ways to strengthen relations between the UAE and Al-Azhar. The Grand Imam posted on his official Facebook and Twitter accounts: “I am pleased to talk with my brother, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and to congratulate him on the nomination of the UAE as a host of COP28 Climate Summit. The UAE is a dear part of the Arab and Muslim world and its successes and remarkable representation of our Arab homeland in international forums that pleases every Arab.”
