The Grand Imam greets Bahrain on its 50th National Day
The Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Prof. Ahmad At-Tayyeb greeted His Majesty Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, and the brotherly Bahraini people, on the 50th National Day of Bahrain. The Grand Imam expressed his appreciation for the efforts of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in the advancement of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the preservation of its unity and stability, the fraternity binding the Bahraini-Egyptian peoples, together and the keenness of both to serve the causes of the Arab and Muslim countries, asking Allah Almighty to safeguard Bahrain, to grant it continued progress and prosperity, and to spare it and our Arab and Muslim nation all harms and misfortunes.
