Today, Tuesday, an EZCH convoy passed the Rafah borderline in preparation for ‎entering the Gaza Strip to provide relief and support to our brotherly people there. The convoy is dispatched under the directives of H.E. Prof. Ahmad At-Tayyeb, Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Chairman of the EZCH Board of Trustees. It consists of 40 trucks loaded with food, medicine, relief materials and shelter supplies. This is the second EZCH convoy directed to the Gaza Strip under the directives of ‎Grand Imam At-Tayyeb ‎as part of the “Help Gaza” campaign. Such campaign has been launched by the EZCH since the beginning of the occupation’s aggression against our brotherly people in the Gaza Strip, based on our religious and legal duty and our humanitarian and moral commitment towards our brotherly people in Gaza. It also aims to support them in the light of the humanitarian tragedy and stifling siege they are now undergoing.

This first EZCH convoy launched last month consisted of 18 trucks, while this second convoy comes two weeks after the first and consists of 40 trucks loaded with medicine, food, relief materials, and ‎shelter, as well as other living supplies.‎
