His Eminence the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Prof. Ahmad At-Tayyeb, extends sincere congratulations to the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and to the brotherly Kuwaiti people, on the 60th National Day which falls on February 25 each year. His Eminence the Grand Imam expresses his appreciation for the efforts of the State of Kuwait in supporting Arab solidarity and preserving the unity and stability of the Arab and Muslim countries, praying to Allah Almighty to protect Kuwait, its leadership, and people from all harms and to grant it more sustained safety, security and prosperity.
