Grand Imam greets President Sisi over Taba Liberation Day anniversary
The Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Prof. Ahmad At-Tayyeb, extends his sincere congratulations to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of Egypt, the Armed Forces, and the Egyptian people, on the 32nd Taba Liberation Day anniversary. Al-Azhar affirms that the memory of liberating Taba and restoring it to the homeland is precious for all Egyptians, and is a continuation of the epic of pride and dignity. This feat is immortalized through the glorious October victories that involved recovering the land without compromising any part of the soil of this country. Celebrating this occasion, Al-Azhar calls on the Egyptians to invoke the spirit of victory in building a bright future for this country and maintaining its renaissance, calling on Allah Almighty to bless our beloved Egypt with security, stability and prosperity, and to protect its people from all harms.
